WHAT IS THE COMPOSITION OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

Our products are made from 100% ORGANIC mulberry silk, certified OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 (No. 21.HCN.67919) and exclusively of Grade 6A, the highest quality level for silk.

Our pillowcases are made from 22 momme silk, a durable and comfortable premium weight.
Our accessories and pajamas are designed in 19 momme silk, perfectly suited for daily use.

SATIN: WEAVE OR MATERIAL?

Satin is not a material; it is a weave.
Historically, it was used for silk to achieve that smooth, shiny appearance.
The textile industry then popularized polyester "satins," leading to confusion.
At La Maison du Satin, we only use authentic satin woven from mulberry silk, with no polyester.

HOW TO CARE FOR MY SILK PILLOWCASE?

Wash your pillowcase by hand or on a delicate cycle at 30 °C, with gentle spin.
Use a delicate detergent, without fabric softener.
Air dry away from direct sunlight.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

For France and Belgium, delivery generally takes 2 to 3 business days.
For the rest of Europe: 3 to 7 business days.
Larger items can take up to 7 to 12 days depending on the destination.

HOW DO RETURNS WORK?

You have 14 days after receipt to return an item to us.
Products must be new, unworn, and in their original packaging.
