What are the ingredients in your products?
Our products are made from 100% ORGANIC mulberry silk, certified OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 (No. 21.HCN.67919) and exclusively of Grade 6A, the highest quality level for silk.
Our pillowcases are made with 22 momme silk, a durable and comfortable premium weight.
Our accessories and pajamas are made with 19 momme silk, perfectly suited for daily use.
Satin: a weave or a fabric?
Satin is not a material, it is a weave.
Historically, it was used for silk to achieve that smooth, shiny look.
The textile industry then popularized polyester "satins", hence the confusion.
At La Maison du Satin, we only use authentic satin woven from mulberry silk, with no polyester.
How do I care for my silk pillowcase?
Hand wash your pillowcase or use a delicate cycle at 30 °C, with a gentle spin.
Opt for a delicate detergent, without fabric softener.
Air dry away from direct sunlight.
What are the delivery times?
For France and Monaco, delivery generally takes 2 to 3 working days, or 24 hours with Chronopost express.
For the European Union: 3 to 7 working days. For the rest of Europe: 3 to 8 working days.
Pajamas are shipped directly from our manufacturing workshop: 4 to 9 working days.
Bedding sets are made to order: please allow about 3 weeks.
How do returns work?
You have 14 days after receipt to return an item to us. Products must be new, unworn and in their original packaging.
