WHAT IS THE COMPOSITION OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
Our products are made from 100% ORGANIC mulberry silk, certified OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 (No. 21.HCN.67919) and exclusively of Grade 6A, the highest quality level for silk.
Our pillowcases are made with 22 momme silk, a durable and comfortable premium weight.
Our accessories and pajamas are made with 19 momme silk, perfectly suited for daily use.
SATIN: WEAVE OR MATERIAL?
Satin is not a material, it is a weave.
Historically, it was used for silk to achieve that smooth, shiny look.
The textile industry then popularized polyester "satins", hence the confusion.
At La Maison du Satin, we only use authentic satin woven from mulberry silk, with no polyester.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SILK PILLOWCASE?
Hand wash your pillowcase or use a delicate cycle at 30 °C, with a gentle spin.
Opt for a delicate detergent, without fabric softener.
Air dry away from direct sunlight.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
For France and Belgium, delivery generally takes 2 to 3 business days.
For the rest of Europe: 3 to 7 business days.
Larger items may take up to 7 to 12 days depending on the destination.
HOW DO RETURNS WORK?
You have 14 days after receipt to return an item to us.
Products must be new, unworn, and in their original packaging.
